Please find enclosed herewith the agenda for the Annual General Meeting to be held on 5 November 2025 at 7 pm.

4. Financial Statements for the Year Ending 31 July 2025.

Members are urged to attend to help shape our club and course into the best in Auckland.

It would assist a lot if any proxies could be delivered to me as soon as possible and well before the meeting in order to verify the proxy.

There will be voting and it would be a good thing to bring a writing utencil to use.

The bar will close at 7pm and will only open again after the meeting.
