RUSSELL  E. S. LIPSCOMBE (2 OCT 1933 - 19 JUNE 2022)

It is with great sadness to inform you that Russell Lipscombe passed away peacefully on 19 June 2022, aged 88 years.

He was an honorary life member and was very active in the daily affairs of the club, from trimming trees or building bridges. His wife Linley remembered her opposition to him buying the life membership in the 70's when she wanted a dining room set. It turned out to be a sound investment. She recalled their happy association with the club and all their friends here. 

A service to celebrate Russell's life will be held on Thursday 23 June at 1:30pm at the Hibiscus Coast Chapel of Dil'd Funeral Services, 48 Waiora Road, Stanmore Bay.
